By using Brandlism, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Brandlism is an AI-powered brand intelligence platform. We provide brand analysis, demand signal monitoring, lead generation, and AI advisory services. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed before acting on them.

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account security. One person or entity per account.

You may not: use the service to spam or harass, scrape data in violation of platform terms, impersonate others, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems.

The Free plan does not require payment information. When paid checkout is available, the price and billing interval will be shown before purchase. Paid plans may be canceled from Settings and remain active through the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed individually.

You own your data. We have a license to process it for the service. AI-generated content (replies, analysis, reports) is yours to use freely.

The service is provided “as is”. AI recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
